• Platform interference: Attempting to hack, disrupt, overload, or otherwise interfere with the bt677 platform, its servers, or the experience of other players using the platform.

bt677 monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where a violation is detected or reasonably suspected, bt677 may immediately suspend the account, void all pending bets and bonuses, freeze the account balance pending investigation, and permanently close the account if the violation is confirmed. bt677 reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to relevant Bangladeshi law enforcement authorities.

Nothing in these Terms limits bt677's right to seek damages, injunctive relief, or any other remedy available under applicable law in response to a player's breach of these obligations.

Voluntary Closure by the Player

Any bt677 player may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. At the time of closure, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's registered payment method after deducting any applicable bonus-related restrictions. Accounts closed voluntarily for responsible gaming or self-exclusion purposes will be subject to the rules set out on the Responsible Gaming page.

Suspension or Closure by bt677

bt677 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account in the following circumstances, among others:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe
• Confirmed underage gambling
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Account inactivity exceeding 18 consecutive months
• Instruction from a relevant regulatory authority or law enforcement body

Where bt677 closes an account due to a confirmed terms violation, bt677 reserves the right to withhold the account balance in full. Where the closure is administrative in nature (e.g., inactivity), any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method subject to a valid withdrawal request being submitted within 90 days of the closure notice.

Effect of Closure

Upon closure, whether voluntary or by bt677, you will lose access to all bt677 platform features. Any open bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with standard bt677 settlement rules and any resulting winnings handled in accordance with the closure type. Bonus balances and pending wagering requirements are forfeited upon account closure in all circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bt677 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the bt677 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings, revenue, or data
• Platform unavailability, downtime, or technical errors

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bt677's liability for death or personal injury caused by bt677's gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bt677 platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game graphics, website design, text, and data — is the property of bt677 or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any bt677 content without express prior written consent from bt677.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
